Traditionally, our business is a family business that stems from one of the very first pet shops at the territory of former Yugoslavia that was founded by my father, Vatroslav Varda, back in 1975. Wholesale-distribution expansion of the company had begun in 1994 which remained our core business and which meant leaving retail and specializing in distribution business. Our current service covers the whole region, having adopted specific knowledge of successful distribution. Since 2006 we owe a daughter-company in Belgrade and since 2010 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We provide our services to customers from all over ex-Yugoslavia.

 

In our offer one will find products of the finest quality, expert nutritional support and superior technical product knowledge have no competition. We create added values in distribution that are essential to veterinarian in therapy or sales staff in any pet shop in selection and recommendation of the most suitable product. Our partnership with the U.S. pet food manufacturer Hill’s Pet Nutrition,Inc. lasts since 1994 which makes us the most experienced Hill’s products distributor in Central and Eastern Europe.

 

 

 

 

 

We offer few thousand products by which we cover all that a pet needs. Optimized stock, fast rotation and a good pricing make us a leading pet products distributor in the whole region. Our sales force and our phone sales stuff carefully listens to our customer’s wishes and secures their optimal satisfaction. Our own delivery fleet guarantees expected and reliable delivery. Our objective is to widen our assortment of products every year by 20%, which provides both innovative products with fresh shelf looks and/or new qualitative meaning, all in service and upon demands of our customers.

 

 

 

 

 

Our plans for the future are focused on further development of our scope of activity and competence and the development of each member of our staff. With a capacity of almost 5.000 palette places in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia, we are the strongest distributor in this particular segment in this part of Europe. Through further investments in the development of the brands that we represent, promotional activities and advertising, we wish to assist our business partners and customers in improving their sales of the products from our portfolio and generate the growth of a sales and distribution channel specialised in pet products.

 

Our activity is based on B2B approach and therefore we are not oriented to any other sales channel or form. With the implementation of an additional Business Intelligence module and improvement of the business software, we will be able to provide event better agency services to our principals and the best services to our customers.
